                To Start

                Fresh baked bread with selected of dips

                Entrée

                Risotto with crushed peas and parmesan crisp

                Palms smoked salmon with avocado, served with a couscous salad

                Caesar Salad with crispy bacon and a poached egg

                Main

                Grilled beefsteak with mashed potato, leek and beef jus

                Chicken breast with puy lentils and spring vegetables

                Braised pork belly with pink peppercorns, bok choy and basmati rice

                Boysenberry cheesecake with whipped cream and berry coulis

                Warm fudge cake with chocolate sauce and whipped cream

                'Floating island' poached meringue served with French custard  (a lovely light & classic French dessert)
